This is a study on a particular form of musical theater that Goldoni was involved in in his youth. The fifteen Intermezzi that Goldoni wrote are described and analyzed and, in particular, the entire libretto of the Intermezzi is presented: L’Ippocondriaco and La favola de ‘tre gobbi .
